Early PCOS

I have a couple questions I would really love if people comment and answer. I was diagnosed with PCOS in February and I’m only 20 years old I’m very worried that I won’t be able to ovulate or get pregnant on my own when I’m ready Should I start talking to a doctor about more medication? And different producers to prepare my body. I only been on Metformin since February and on my #3cycle Also women how old where you when you decide to have your first baby? Im not sure but since I found out I had PCOS I want to have a baby.
