A notes section?
I think it would be a great idea to have a section for notes under the log. This way we can type things like, when we think we've implanted etc. stuff that's not part of the log but we want to record for reference.
Also, under physical symptoms, I think adding a few more descriptive symptoms would be helpful. Eg, pelvic "twinges", breast pains etc...
