Period 3 days late

Hi so my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the 28th and I was supposed to get my period on the 2nd. I took a Postinor 1 pill but my period is 3 days late. I still had pms symptoms after taking the pill. Is it possible to be pregnant or is it that my period is delayed because of the pill?

Edit : Forgot to mention he did not finish in me.
