Fear of gyno affecting my life...
Has anyone who has had a crippling fear of going to a gyno, Like to to point that thinking about going gives you a panic attack, gotten over their fear? I need help getting into the mindset for going and I'm 22 and still have never gone because of this
Please someone give me an idea of how to get past this
