Hello I just gave birth in the 15th. The last couple days we have been home and they have been our first days home. I spent a week in the hospital. I have been very emotional these last two days and find myself crying out of nowhere. I haven't been getting much sleep and with the unexpected c section I feel I am not prepared as well as I should have been. I googled postpartum and ran across baby blues sounds a lot like what I am currently going thru. Is anyone else going thru or that has gone thru this?
