Cyst on right ovary

The doctor told me I have 31mm cyst on my right ovary. So for this month we have stopped gonalF.

I have been having constipation from 2-3 weeks now and I read online that this can be the symptom of the cyst.

Can anyone please tell me how to overcome the cyst. Is there any natural / at home tips I can follow so get rid of the cyst?

Please help. Trying for pregnancy from 3 years. No luck yet.

P.S: I am in good BMI. Not over weight.
