Should I be worried?

I’m 22 weeks & a type2 diabetic. I’ve been sticking to a strict diet, I eat it small meals every 2 hours, check my sugars 4 times a day, I walk a lot. I’ve cut out a lot of things since finding out I was pregnant. My concern is that my numbers seem to stay between 70& 90, minus if I have a bigger meal. Yesterday for lunch I had a small sub w bread & was surprised to see my numbers under 100. Especially since bread has so many carbs. I send my numbers to my ob every week & they don’t seem concerned. But idk I just feel like after eating bread it would be higher then what it was.
