I sound really stupid but what is a menstrual cup and how do you use it?? 
I prefer getting info from women than my mum who has never used one or the Internet

I menstruatal cup is a little plastic cup that you stick up your vagina. It acts like a tampon,at the end of the day you simply pull it out-in the shower is best-and wash it off. You can basically leave it in all day
