PLEASE HELP! DIPPED IN SOFT SPOT ON 3 MONTH OLD.
She’s had to go to the ER before for being dehydrated. She’s had 6 wet diapers in a 12 hour period. But her soft spot is really dipped in. It was dipped in yesterday too but it seems like it got worse today. Can she still be dehydrated even tho she’s had the right amount of wet diapers?? Do i take her to the ER?
