Can't decide. What next?

I've had the pill and hated it. The patch gave me a weird rash. And I'm not sure what to try next. I've never really been into condoms, but sure if need be, I'll use those. 
​Originally I went on BC to regulate my flow. (I'm EXTREMELY irregular. Like nine days straight twice a month irriegular. Also am a tiny gal. 100lbs). But now I need it for...birth control lol.

​What works for you guys? And what advice as far as other options do you think might work best for me? I'm definitely looking NOT to get a heavy flow again so the fear of making the wrong choice scares me.

Paraguard or mirena iud. I have the para guard and love it. No problems, no hormones, birth control for up to 10 years!

I had implanon for a while but I gained 20+ lbs and I'm not sure what your predispositions towards it is. And it is always important to use a condom to avoid contraction of sti and stds

I started on "the ring" I have liked it so far(4 months of use) lighter flow and les cramps for me.
