So confused, two lh surges in one cycle?

So on cd 13 I got a positive opk I'm not sure why it says low but the lines were the same color and now today I got another almost positive opk, the reason I tested was because I was having ovulation cramping again, this was a clomid cycle I'm not sure what's going on, first picture was from today and second picture was the positive from cd 13, did I not ovulate the first time? I had pretty bad cramping cd 13
