Phenylephrine can dry up your supply. Do not take Sudafed - pseudoephedrine either. It will definitely decrease your supply. Your best options are Tylenol, ibuprofen, and saline nose spray if you’re congested.

It should say on the back of the package. The retailer should have a picture of the full box online so you can see if it says “not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding”
