Hemmoroid :( anyone else?

So I guess you can still get them since the baby (uterus) puts so much pressure around the bum :( I thought I was gonna get through the last 2 months without getting any...(eating fiber etc etc) 
WRRRRONG 👎🏼 
It's so painful! Anyone have any great tips on shrinking it or helping to rid...!?!
Been using an awesome numbing cream but I want more options! Thanks

About 6 weeks ago I had the worst hems. I did a ton of research and found this product by Earth Mama Angel Baby called Mama Bottom Balm. It's a serious LIFESAVER!!!!!!! Cleared everything up within 3 days. It's a miracle product and as weird as it sounds, it smells great and of course it's all natural. It's going into my hospital bag for sure.

Put ice cubes in a plastic bag and put it between your bum cheeks. It's embarassing but it helped me when I had one three years ago. Now 30 weeks and so far none.

Sitting in warm water can help. You can use one of those sitz bath things (not the enema part, just the seat). I've had hemorrhoids for about 12 years and that really helps me.

Be sure to drink lots of water and take a stool softener like Colace daily. Worst thing for hemmorhoids is straining so take something to make it a bit easier to go!

Not saying I need a picture but what do they look like? With my first pregnancy 5 years ago, I developed what I thought is just a skin tag on my bum hole and it's been there ever since. Is this actually a hemmeroid?

Just got my first tonight. I can't do anything I'm in so much pain. Hurts just laying in bed right now. Thankfully I live with my husbands grandparents so his gram gave me the wipes and cream. Hoping for some relief so I can get some sleep!
