Sorry for this pic 😭😓 im very sad💔 because i been spotting since 5 pm no cramps sometimes lighter pink.. but suppossely im 7 weeks pregnant but i went to do an ultrasound on thursday they only saw a sac that was measuring 5 weeks 5 days..is this norma
