Help!!! VVVFL, possibly 12dpo

Hello everyone, does anyone see lines on this as well (they are resting on my husband’s arm) ? I took a first response and I thought I saw an indent line so I took all of these and am absolutely so confused. Also took a First response digital and it said no.
