Formula Feeding - Which type of water to use?

Hi everyone,

I am currently having to formula feed my LO and we are going to be switching from ready to feed to powder soon. They say the tap water is safe to drink but it always tastes off to me so I usually drink the filtered water from the fridge. Is that good enough to use for my baby's formula after it is boiled or should I purchase nursery or distilled water? What type of water do you use? If you use tap water are you concerned about the lead and flouride levels? I live in Ontario, Canada if that matters.
