Have been trying to conceive for 4 years now during to pcos and have tried so many things, please any suggestions nd product to help me conceive? Please let me know 🙏

I couldn't comment without suggesting a product so ignore the item lol. You need to see a fertility specialist so they can help you manage your PCOS and possibly raise your chances of pregnancy. With a hormonal imbalance like PCOS, medical intervention is usually needed. It's not always the case but for the majority of cases hormone therapy of some sort is necessary

Not a product to recommend but wanted to say dont give up hope. I have pcos and 1 ovary. My oldest is 20 and after her is when I was diagnosed and told by Dr I couldn't have more. I now also have 4 yr old twins, a 3 yr old and pregnant now.

took me over a year to get a pregnancy to stick whilw tracking my cycle and ovulation using these. i probably used 25 OPK strips per cycle, some cycles i didnt ovulate, but these sure did help me catch when i did ovulate. i usually have ovulation pain when i do. 10/10 recommend, just be sure to watch videos and read articles over how to use these, its super easy to do! i used maybe 8 pregnancy test strips each cycle too, and i wouldnt start testing until 8-10 DPO. when i found out i was pregnant the second time, the one that actually stuck, i tested at 6DPO and got an extremely faint positive. give these a go! also dr recommended that even when i wasn't pregnant, since we were trying, that i should go ahead and take a prenatal to prepare my womb to be healthy enough to carry to term so i recommend going ahead and taking a prenatal. i also lost 40lbs and tbat helped me get pregnant too. i did dirty keto for 6 months. tests below are my tests i took at 6DPO when i got pregnant with my first. i now have a healthy 2 month old boy!

Please see a naturopath instead of a conventional doctor. Conventional medicine may mask the problem but will make your body less healthy. A naturopath can guide you to dietary and supplements to take. Red raspberry leaf is a good place to start. And how bad do you want it is a question you need to answer for yourself. You likely need to make serious dietary and lifestyle changes if you are in childbearing years yet are infertile. 
My doctor recommended the Mediterranean diet for me, it has alleviated some symptoms already within a month, and also prescribed some supplements to heal my gut and balance hormones.

I used letrozole my first 2-3 years of trying per my fertility endocrinologist. I got pregnant my first 2 cycles but lost both at 6 weeks. Then my 6th cycle I got pregnant again, unfortunately lost that one at 16 weeks due to a ruptured appendix that caused severe infection. Tried many times with letrozole after, but was told at that point I would need to do ivf. But I did ovulate almost every single month with the letrozole. Unfortunately the stress of temping every morning, timing taking the letrozole on specific day, ovulation tests after ovulation tests and going an hour away at least 2 times a cycle to have a vaginal ultrasound, on top of the stresses at work and scheduling work around doctors appointments and my home commute and the stress on our marriage from negative tests I think took its toll. We stopped trying after 4 years and then moved closer to work and then started walking daily and found myself pregnant, my OB says it most likely was the walking, even though I’m of normal weight and the reduced stress in my life. Good luck to you and exercise eat healthy and reduce stressors and I hope that works do you. But seeing a specialist will help you to rule out anything on top of your pcos as well like diabetes.

My doctor prescribed phentermine to loose weight and thats what I took for like 2 months or so and here I am 5 weeks pregnant today and I was also pre diabetic before conceiving all my kids so this medication has helped me to get pregnant I also have pcos.

Relax; pay less attention to tracking your cycle if it stresses you out and just have sex often, about every 3 days.
