From what I've read it looks like very little is actually passed through the breast milk and breast milk naturally has cannabinoids in it anyways so personally I don't see the harm in it unless like, you're smoking while you breastfeed lol.

I was a heavy smoker before pregnancy, my little man is 5 weeks today and I still haven’t. There are days I would love to I’m just afraid of the unknown. I rather play it safe. My breastfeeding journey will only be a year or less so I’m trying my best to not partake.
