Urinary incontinence 😩

I am one month postpartum from a complicated vaginal delivery with prolonged pushing and forceps. I have mostly been able to hold my urine with mild leaking, but today I completely was unable to make it, had an “oh shit” moment, and just peed my pants.

Please someone tell me it gets better. 😞
