Any tips to quit?
I am just a week and half away from the 7 month mark which was my target quit frame since I have a nice build up in the freezer. Wondering if anyone has tips for quitting? I have recently cut back from 4 to 3 pumps a day and yesterday tried to go down to 2 but became hard as a rock and gave in. I fear getting mastitis, as early on I got it twice.
