I'm so anxious glow says test today, but I get disappointed when I see that BFN .

I'm having back aches , sore boobs but only when i squeeze on the sides , I had thick creamy discharge but now as I'm getting closer to AF on the 23rd its more clear and watery, I'm very moody, and tired . advise
