Do I need to wake him up?

My baby is starting to sleep longer stretches (he’s 1 month and past his birth weight by now.) tonight he slept through the night but I breastfeed, do I need to wake him up for my supply? Pump? Or do I just got by him?

I would say until your supply regulates (around 8 weeks), you need to at least wake to pump in the MOTN even if you don’t wake baby. This could be a shorter than usual session (20 mins vs 30 mins) but you need to remove milk to make milk and keep up your supply.

Depends on your supply. I have a mild undersupply and have to be aggressive with milk removal to keep it up, so I personally would need to pump.

If you want to keep your supply at the same level, you need to feed or pump, when baby skips a feed.
