I am 90% effaced and 1cm dilated. I just had a membrane sweep this morning and immediately after leaving the office I started feeling the slightest bit cramps but it went away. I went about my day and did some shopping and when I got home I started cramping a lot more but I couldn’t tell if it was labor pains or stomach cramps. Turns out it was stomach cramps and I had the worst diarrhea I’ve had in a long time. I’ve heard that diarrhea is a sign labor is near. Anyone experienced it after a membrane sweep??
