Got positive pregnancy test but no symptoms at all. Can this be chemical? I am on my 5th week.

Question

I have missed my period and got positive test result. Bit I don't have any symptoms  2 days ago I have experienced yellow discharge,  and very light spotting ( dark brown) color also slight fever. Fever went away without any medication.
Now I am worried if this is normal or can this be chemical. Doctor appointment scheduled after 4 days.

Unfortunately, my doctor said there isn't much growth. My sac is too small for 5th week. And I will soon have proper bleeding. 😔 very disheartened. Happened for second time again and don't know any reason.
While awaiting my hcg results, am just anxious. Only thinkin why me and what can I do to not repeat it. 
Trying to be hopeful. May God give us strength.

Most women don’t feel symptoms until 6 weeks or later, so there isn’t a reason to be concerned. I never felt symptoms until 10 weeks with both of my pregnancies.

I never had symptoms my entire pregnancy and my son is 1 1/2, so try not to stress about it! ❤️

I wouldn’t worry too much! I’ve never had strong symptoms with my pregnancies.
