Shampoo & body wash for baby’s with eczema ?

My baby just got diagnosed with eczema and I was wondering if any mommy’s had any recommendations for shampoo/ body wash that worked well for you’re baby’s w eczema ? Even detergent if you have any in particular

We have a local pharmacy brand that works, but one other thing. You should limit the amount of bath and shampoo used overall. If baby is not visibly dirty, there is no need to wash every day, and if head is not dirty, it is ok to wash with just water not shampoo.
I don't know how othen you bathe, but as I read here, it is common to have bath every day... In my area, they don't even reccomend more than two baths a week, unless baby is dirty.

None- we do water baths every other night. Hydrocortisone cream, 2 times per day. Aveeno eczema lotion before bed.
