Breastfeeding and I’m sick

I breastfeed my 6.5 m old on demand. On sunday i woke up with my whole body aching me, very weak and nauseous, and so after a bit I threw up. Its been hard to eat so that first day i ate mostly soup. The problem is, I breastfeed on demand so as soon as i felt better i took advil and i ate something. Now today comes along and i ate much more and been able to handle but lste evening and I ate dinner a whole steak plate and well now I have woken up throwing up. Idk what to do, i have no energy, will my milk supply be ok? I am so weak now and I still have to care for my baby when he wakes up at night to feed, i am exhausted idk if i have a stomach bug or what
