Low heart rate! Postpartum. Need advice
Have any mommas ever had a low heart rate post partum. I’m almost 4 weeks post partum and I wear an Apple Watch, I noticed my resting hr is like 50 and my sleeping is like 46
I’ve never had this before. I have had a cardiac work up about two years ago and all was normal.
