Vomit with mucusy blood??

Alright ladies. I’ve got a message out to my doc, just waiting on a call but I thought I’d post on here in the mean time. I’m 36w and 1d with twins. Currently scheduled to have these sweet babies in just 6 days!! However, my heartburn has turned up to a 10 lately(mostly at night but during the day now more than it used to be). I’ve also been combating nausea and vomiting again during the third trimester. I threw up breakfast and lunch today but when I threw up lunch, there was some red colored mucus in it also. I had nothing red today at all which makes me think blood. Have any of y’all had that before? It wasn’t bright or dark, just red.
