Stillbirth...

I gave birth to my sleeping baby boy on October 23rd at 24 weeks. Due to a cord accident. I have a period 4 weeks and 4 days after delivery. Any women get blessed with a rainbow baby after the first cycle?? I am currently 8 dpo.
