How bad is your back pain?

I'm 36 weeks and mine is pretty bad. What have you done for yours that's helped?

I put a pillow behind my back in various spots when I sit anywhere. And I sleep with a body pillow.

With baby #1 i started getting back spasms at 39 weeks. I went to a hospital supply store and bought a back pillow for sitting in chairs and the car. Pelvic rocking was the most helpful and moving my hips in a circular motion. It got so bad that I had to sleep sitting up in a recliner for the last week and a half before my daughter was born. Hang in there!

Worst when I'm walking. The pelvic pain and pressure causes me too walk funny and that makes me pull my back in a weird way.

I am going in for my cesarean tomorrow due to severe back pain...I have a spinal fusion and an MRI yesterday shows some additional disc herniation. I spent the weekend in the hospital on morphine.

I was 37 weeks yesterday.

I have had a bad back from week 18, I got a large exercise ball which I can't believe how much it's helped! I have been using it 4 weeks!  Wish I knew sooner

Rock your hips on a fitness ball. Seems to help me! Or bounce. I guess it relieves the tension.

Sleep with a pillow between my legs or take a hot relaxing bath.
