I bought these spinach wraps yesterday that don't expire until the end of July. They all have this white stuff on them. I can't tell if it's mold or excess flour.

When I touch it, it comes off on my fingers kind of like chalk dust. They have a strong weird smell anyways just because they are spinach wraps, so I can't tell if they smell like mold or not.

I assume it's just flour, but I wanted other opinions. I'm always so paranoid about eating something and then realizing it's moldy.
