I’m 2 days in to my 2ww and I’m dying over here! I had 2 follicles that were a good size and ready to release at my ultrasound this month. I had the highest LH surge I’ve ever had this month. I also had an HSG done that is supposed to increase my chances of getting pregnant and my husband’s semen analysis was really good last month. We’ve been trying for so long, but it’s never been successful. I’ve given up all hope in the past, but in the last 7 months, things changed for me medically speaking and I am actually able to ovulate now with the help of Femara. It seems like this month is the best chance I may ever have at getting pregnant so I’m excited and hopeful but also nervous that it won’t happen again. Praying so hard for twins this month!!!
