5 dpo back pains ?

So I woke up this morning with TERRIBLE back pains .. My lower back mainly .. And a little bit of cramping in my left side but not like AF cramps .. Not sure of this is a sign of implantion or what.. Has anyone else experienced this before they got their BFP?! I'm only 5 dpo ..

I experienced lower back pain before my BFP at 11 dpo.

I experienced lower back pain and major sciatica pain before my I got my bfp. That was normal period symptoms for me though! Test to make sure, i got my positive one day before af was due
