Tiny red itchy bumps

I’ve seen 2 physicians already and i havent gotten a clear answer on what this is. Im taking benadryl and using a cream. Nothing is helping really. Its all over my body, even some on my scalp. My face is covered in them and so is mostly my whole body. Does anyone have an idea on what this could be? Like i said, they are super super itchy. I went to planned parenthood and the dr didnt even check in between my thighs where I initially got them. She just assumed it was syphilis and gave me a penicillin shot without knowing my results. I went to get blood drawn for std check cuss that scared me and the guy who drew my blood said that it looked nothing like syphilis.
