Why is it this dark this early ?

Af not due until 5 days. I’ve been super fatigue for the last 2 days so I took a test and got this. I feel like the line is very dark for af to be 5 days away. Did any twin moms have this dark of a line this early?

Hcg does not indicate a twin pregnancy. I am pregnant with one baby right now and had similar looking tests 4 days before I was due for my period. Everyone’s body produces HCG at different rates.

Pregnancy test do not indicate twin pregnancy neither does HCG I’ve seen women with very high HCG carry a single baby and women with low HCG carry twins. Only way someone will know is through an ultrasound.
With that being said
With my firs two pregnancies ( singletons) I had dark lines like this 6 days before my period.
With my twins it was a bit lighter but progressed ofc

Hcg CAN be an indicator of twin pregnancy. It was my first indicator. Yes, everyone's HCG is different levels, but, twin HCG will always run higher. My first test was 52, less than a week later 1522. Way more than doubling every 48 hours.
