Just had my first sale(wasn’t completely prepared for it as I’m just starting my shop!)

I have to ship the package tomorrow and not sure whether I should buy shipping labels from Etsy or how to go about doing this without losing out on as much money (I offered free shipping and the order costs less then what the shipping label is so basically I’m losing money, but still excited for the sale anyways!)

Anyways the Etsy shipping label costs $20ish - is that including the actual shipping? Or is that literally just for the sticker and then I pay more for actual shipping at the post office?(Canada Post)

Is it best to just make my own shipping label? Or buy them at Canada post?
