Apparently 4w3d

According to nurture and other apps, I'm approximately 4w3d pregnant. I'm still having trouble processing this. Am i suppose to feel this hungry this early? My breast itch, sore nip nips, nausea , mild cramps and urgency to urinate. Maybe this all in my head. I have no one to discuss this with, everyone at work thinks Im complaining when in reality im just curious and concerned.
