Need some mental support

I have a 1 month old who has been breastfeeding from day one. He has been latching and I also pump regularly. But being a first time mom and not knowing the perfect way to do things, I somehow ended up having mastitis. The lump is big and red and extremely painful. I am taking antibiotics as prescribed by my doctor, but today the milk supply totally stopped. When I pump, nothing comes out. And somehow, the other breast also stopped releasing milk.

Baby was so fussy at my breasts today, we ended up giving him formula for the first time. I know its no big deal if I feed the baby formula, but I feel like I failed my baby today.

I know stress affects breastmilk too, but I cant help not being stressed. Anyone else experiencing mastitis can share their experience? Will my milk ever come back, if so, when?

I am so fed up of crying at every small thing during this one month of postpartum 😔
