Scheduled c-section

Hi guys,

Scottish mama here I had a really traumatic birth with my first born the water breaking (front & back), baby passed meconium, contractions, 10cms, involentary pushing (all with no drugs) all happened within 2hrs and baby inhaled meconium stopped breathing and couldn't find heart beat and got rushed for an emergency section got a spinal and pumped full of drugs on IV baby came out floppy and I lost a litre of blood and didn't get to hold her for 1.5 hours .. it then took me about a week to realise this baby was mine I was so drugged and traumatised.

I am pregnant with second and i have really bad aniexty about having a spontaneous birth again (i already have aniexty in general and require everything planned to stay calm) I really want to get a scheduled c-section so I get a set date, I can get everything packed on time in a relaxed way, I can organise childcare for my first and do all the things I wanted to do first time round .. so my question is if I request a c-section can they say no ? Xxx
