The other night I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep. I had gone out on a date with my husband to eat dinner about 3 hours prior. All of a sudden I got really nauseous and had super intense stomach pains in no particular area. It was just all over my belly as if someone had put all of my guts in a blender! It was so intense I was double over in pain nearly screaming. I went to the bathroom and had a bowel movement. It wasn’t diarrhea and looked normal. After that the pain went away but I was still nauseous and I went to lay down. I eventually fell asleep and woke up and felt totally fine. This happened a few days ago. But the pain was so extreme! What could that have been? Intense gas maybe? I thought food poisoning too from the restaurant but I never had diarrhea or throwing up and it also just lasted for about an hour?
