Positive Stories Wanted!

I’m starting to realize my maternity leave time is close to an end. I will be going back in August officially and leaving my son (who will be 6 months old) with my mother in law. She is not the most maternal type and definitely has a back-in-my-day mentality. She assured me she would follow what I want but I’m having so many trepidation’s. Will my son think I abandoned him? Will she actually follow my instructions? So much anxiety. Please share your positive going back to work stories. I need them 😂
