Did you have to go on bed rest with twins?

Before @11weeks due to bleeding we didn't want extra movement to cause a miscarriage. So I'm 14weeks now and doing just fine babies are di / di twins and completely healthy.

I was placed on bed rest at about 28 weeks due to preclampsia. I could get up to shower and eat that was all!

Wasn't on bed rest but stopped working at 28 weeks for sciatica pain. Doctors are hesitant to put women on bed rest without major issues. Since my doctor labeled it as sciatica I was able to use my short term disability. I mainly rested and was able to carry to 38w1D. One baby was 8lb 6oz and the other 7lb 13oz. Honestly think I would of had alot more struggle if I had to work longer

Honestly from the beginning of my pregnancy my OB said rest is best. Or rest as much as I can. As my appointments go on he is now saying try to rest more in bed and take it easy. I do have a shorten cervix already so maybe that’s why (2.8cm at 22 weeks). However, I have a 1 year old, I don’t know what rest is these days 🤪 I feel like I might have to go on full bedrest at some point but really hoping not, it sounds boring aha. My OB is already talking about getting off work early and taking a sick leave til the babies come but also trying to get at least 6 more weeks in of work.
