IVF baby measuring 1 week behind

I am 7 weeks today, but at my ultrasound I am measuring one week behind. Baby has a heartbeat and doctor said it was normal for where I am measuring, but I am worried that I am measuring so far behind. Anyone have a similar situation? What was your outcome?
