What do you do for hair dandruff or oily hair ?

How do you get rid of it ? I'm 9 months pp and can't seem to ether the oily hair or hair full of Dandruff 😓 I've tried to use the dandruff shampoo's tried to switch shampoos nothing is working and I need help 😔 
It's so bad that I need to wash my hair every other day or I can't go to public

I had it bad PP with my first. Go to your pcp and they can prescribe you a shampoo. It literally works wonders!!

Do you shampoo twice when you take a shower? I’ve had bad dandruff ever since puberty and just recently I started shampooing twice when i wash my hair. It has helped a lot! I also use the Burdock and Neem shampoo from 100% Pure. It’s expensive but I think that’s been helping too. I don’t find myself itching as much and even some of the dry patches around my hairline have gone away. 
My sister is a hairdresser and says shampooing twice is good because the first shampoo lifts the dirt and grime and the second shampoo clarifies.

Tea Tree shampoos help me, I struggled bad after my first pregnancy. I’ve tried a few different ones from ulta and had good luck with all of them. I think Garnier has one too

I’m not sure if this is just an Australian product, and you’ll probably have to still use it every few days, but my husband swears by the Kevin Murphy Scalp.Spa Scrub!
