Birthing ball recommendations ??

I was just about to order a birthing ball because my Doula recommended some exercises for the baby’s positioning and labor prep. But then I saw the reviews of this one and the second one I looked at were really crappy. Was there any particular one you got and liked? Thanks !!

I just got a cheap yoga ball off Amazon (like $13?). Make sure to read the sizing chart and some reviews about sizing. I had to size up slightly from the sizing chart to be able to use it properly as a birthing ball.

Get a yoga ball, that is the same thing and is cheaper, because it is not advertised to pregnant people.

I am under the impression that any properly sized yoga ball will do the trick. I think you have to get one that’s height appropriate for yourself, so just check the measurements. I used a yoga ball I bough cheap at Aldi, but I think it was a smidge too small.
