TMI - What is this? Can anyone help?

Just noticed this on my baby girls tongue. Two spots. Not lumpy or sore (i think) as she let me rub my finger across it a few times and just laughed. Has anyone seen this before? My Doctor is unavailable today so ill have to wait until tomorrow but i am worrying!

It could be a number of things, most of which are not a big deal. It would be a good idea to have her doctor or ideally her dentist look at it, but it isn’t an emergency. Taking pictures to record what it looks like and if/how it changes will be helpful for her providers.
