Ladies! Is it normal for your boobs and nipple to bed red after plucking hair?

I would assume yes, just like with plucking eyebrows/other parts!

If you pluck them be prepared to get ingrown hairs there too! Remember: body hair is NATURAL. But do as you please. 
But yes, it’s natural.
