How to make my boyfriend want sex - sex rut?

Me and my boyfriend havent had sex in almost 3 weeks. I feel so deprived and i miss making love with him. The first week we were busy, and it slipped away, even tho i wanted it he fell asleep. The second week i was on my period and we only saw each other 2 days of the week. We usually always have period sex, but i didnt want to and we also had small argument/ disagreement that week anyways (was solved quickly. And this week nothing. Last time we hung out, 3 days ago, it was clear we both had SO much sexual energy built up, he was all over me, biting his lip all night, looking at me like he wanted to devour me, grabbing my ass while grocery shopping, and making out passionately at home with the candle lit. BUT he fell asleep again 😭😭 (reasonable because we were tired, still had a great night tho full of quality time lol)

Wtf do i do?? 😭😭 I need advice. I realized we haven’t really texted or talked about sex. Should i sent a naughty text? Im not really fond of doing it tho lol. Or should i just hold back, flirt, and let him chase me? Or should we just have sex earlier in the night so were not tired.

And i already tried talking to him. On Sunday with my arms wrapped around him i said “hey we havent had sex in like 2 weeks, thats a long time” he said “baby you were on your period” and then he made out and i sat on his lap, and things got hot, but we continued with our night activities. And he knows im a sexual person

(My boyfriend isnt the most sexual, my drive is higher, i can tell he misses the sex. So why isnt he initiating or just dominating me?) I want sex.
