So I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I’m bleeding like dark brown something so my gynaecologist checked my baby and said that nothing is wrong with the baby

So the question is have you ever been like that and if u have then what happened

I’m so scared cus thats my first pregnancy and I want it so bad🥲
