Very concerned

Please I need advice. I have a terrible cold and flu. I went to the doctor and got medications. I got; flustat capsules, amucco 200, kefloxa 500, expigen cough syrup and my paid Forte tablets. I'm worried that I might be pregnant and maybe these medications will harm the baby. I'm still waiting to see if my periods will start this Sunday so I can take a pregnancy test. I did mention it to the doctor though......he did a urine strip test and it was negative. It's 5 days before my periods begin, is the result effective or is it still too early to test?
